Extended Service Program:
1st Choice Protection Systems is proud to offer our 3 Year Service Warranty Program included in your monthly monitoring rate. It is designed to give long life to your security system and protect you against unexpected repair bills.
WHAT THE 3 YEAR SERVICE WARRANTY COVERS:
All parts and labor (except repair or replacement of batteries) are covered when your security system needs service under normal operating conditions and due to ordinary wear and tear. All repairs will be performed as soon as reasonably possible after receipt of notice from you. Service will be performed during our normal business hours, currently 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Emergency service provided at other times will be charged to you at 1st Choice Protection Systems' standard rate for emergency service. There will be a one time trip charge of $58.00.
Theft Protection Guarantee:
1st Choice Protection Systems reimburses paid homeowner's insurance deductible. Applies to theft and fire loss that occurs while being monitored and utilizing 1st Choice Protection Systems - monitored smoke and/or heat detectors. Limit one occurrence per year with a maximum of $1,000 on up-to-date accounts.
Insurance Discount Certificate:
Lower your homeowner's insurance 10-30%, as determined by your insurance carrier!
